Replace default blank face with regenerated faces

Hey, I'd like to replace all the players with the default "blank" face that appears when there is no real photo for a player when you start a game. Instead I would like for the game just to generate a fake face like it does with regens. Any ideas how to do this? Thanks!

Better to ask the graphics boffins in the Graphics forum. What i can tell you is that there is a folder somewhere with a template for a blank male and female staff. You can replace the template(s) with another picture, but it won't be a regen face that changes, just the same face all the time.
