Auto Opposition instructions

For my oppositon instructions i like to do the same every game.

Wingers and full backs closed down always and show onto weaker foot

Centre mids closed down always, show onto weaker foot and hard tackling

strikers show onto weaker foot

and if there's a dm tight marking.

Is there anyway to set these automatically, as it's a bit of a pain having to do the same before every game!
