The below table shows the payments made by each Premier League club to agents in the period 1 October 2009 to 30 September 2010.

The amounts shown include payments made by clubs on behalf of players.

This is what the players pay to their agents, right? It's not the same as the agent fee during contract signing that the club pays. Hence, Arsenal pays half as much as Man City even though Wenger barely signs any big name.
