From the looks of it, it seems this is the best edit out there.

But you also have the "FM to level 11" edit if you want to go even further down the league structure;

Seems to be some tweaks needed on this one still though.

... uncle ron's work is definitively THE way you can manage english teams till 8th league..... Having played with his file last year, I can assure impressive accuracy and no risk at all (no bugs, CTD and so on...) if you're interested in a long term career. And don't forget that this year he could activate FA Cup and FA Trophy since first round, so you can reach a full level of realism in your season
