ManUTactician247
I just about managed it today as Man Utd, all I did was ask Macheda to knock the ball past his opponent wen taking him on, typically he said I didn't think thats going to benefit my game and me thinking of what Fergie would do gave him the I've got more experience than you response and he was persuaded. Have you used RL managers to make decisions like these?

ManUTactician247
That says something about your managerial ability, cause this is the 1st time in about 7 or 8 tries that I've managed it
clonerohin1
Do it all the time... Regarding training, preferred moves, tutors, press conferences, even transfer requests... Never had a player leave the team because he was so unhappy...
MyNameIsJohn
I accidently moved a player from the first team to the reserves and then two seconds later moved him back again. He threw a hissy fit and has now requested a transfer. What a pathetically coded feature. The player response should only kick-in when the continue button is pressed, not immediately. Cavi
Do it all the time... Regarding training, preferred moves, tutors, press conferences, even transfer requests... Never had a player leave the team because he was so unhappy... This. Happens to me all the time. Most of the time they just say they are finished with the convo and that's the end of it. Players actually get mad enough to leave the club after something like that?
Myros00
Trying to ask Yaya Toure to stop 'Shooting often from a distance', tried it two times and didn't fare so well (he always left the room / conversation / whatever you wanna call it) >_>
Scab
Unless it's something really important I simply don't insist. If they say they don't agree I leave it at that and end the conversation. Most responses are positive, anyway.
ArranoBeltza
done it loaaaaads of times, its not exactly impossible This. It's actually quite easy when you figure out the right/wrong things to say.
chevelle2146
For drops in training I don't really push it. I've only had one or two players freak out about it.
Wiitastic
recently, the last few days when I've been having private chats with players and i've spoken what I should be, the player has backed down and agreed with me and apoligised, that is certainly alot different to the previous few weeks when they have cut sick at me. clonerohin1
By leaving, I meant leaving the conversation Probably should have made that clearer Aah, yes actually haven't been able to make the player stay each time the talk goes south, but sometimes depending on how professional they are, they react positively to show of authority...
