FMH2007 is only skinnable (ie. replacing the look of the game itself) by SI and as such you've only got the skins supplied with the game (changeable via. preferences).

Add-ons to the game (database edits, club badges etc.) can be found on various unofficial websites and there are a fair few links to such things on here if you do a quick search.
