nev147 Posted November 29, 2010 Share Posted November 29, 2010 I have been promoted two times in the last three seasons, Yet in my 4th season I am still getting the same amount as when I was in my first season (two whole tiers below) and at the start of my fourth season I got a new deal too - which was roughly the same!!!
