Nubei 4-1-1-2-2

Hi guys and gals,

Been playing around with the tactics system and think i have come up with something decent (so far for me anyway).

My original aim with the tactic was to stop conceeding all the time, which i did with all my other tactics.

Its a flat back 4 with two all round full backs, one holding midfielder, one centre mid, 2 wingers and 2 centre forwards.

The tactic is by no means finished: any feedback will be greatly appreciated.

So far i have got through half a season with Derby and after a slow start (tweaking the tactic) have picked up. Im currently running a holiday season with Spurs to see how it does with good teams, and then will run one with Birmingham to get a middle of the table team.

Tight marking and Always close down on ML/MR/AMR/AML/AMC

Team Talks:

Leave to assistant.

Goalkeeper: Standard keeper

Fullbacks: acelleration, heading, marking, crossing

Centre Halfs: tall with good heading (covering defender should be quicker)

Def mid: acelleration, determination, passing, marking, tackling

Centre mid: same as the def mid, long shots is a bonus.

Wingers: pace, flair, technique, crossing, finishing again a bonus

Centre forwards: pace, acelleration, finishing, composure (heading is a bonus)

Not sure if this will work for you guys, but i would be extreamly greatful for any feedback.

As a side note i dont seem to be scoring many from corners / set pieces. So any advice on that front would help.

did a holiday season with spurs and finished 5th (not the best i know), but won the FA cup. My home form was good, but the away form let me down. any ideas how to tighten up away from home?
