Football Manager in the year 2062

Recommended Posts

I have recently been letting a holiday game run through the years, and has just made it to the year 2062, if anyone is interested then the file can be found below: (hopefully the link will work)

http://www.filefront.com/17558111/holiday.fm/

Also if anyone wants any info on how clubs are doing then I'll try and post screenshots, I have the English Leagues (down to League 2 running) and Spanish League (down to the Spanish 2nd Division)

Will continue to run the game for a while so will probably upload another file about 20-25 years down the line, if interest is still there.

The amount of players with flair of 15 and above is very worrying indeed - especially in comparison to the original database. I did a quick check to an initial database that had 2,000 less players (11k ish) than PJ's database (13k ish) and there were twice as many players with flair 15 or greater. I really wish SI would sort out the flair attribute of newgens!!!!! :thdn:

I am tempted to download this and use it as a proper game.

Just holiday to end of current season, or 'pretend' and under-fire manager got sacked (will pick a team near bottom of table) and see what I can do.

I wont know any players, I wont know any potential... it could be a hell of a lot fun. Cheers for this OP.

The actually file when you load it up, I think will start on july 17th which was the day after the world cup final, the only reason the screenshots are from halfway through the season is because I continued to let it play whilst I was uploading it

Any chance of the history of Huddersfield Town in the game please? If they've won any cups (even just the JPT) in that time I'd appreciate knowing that too please. Thanks.

Weird... Swansea won the Premier League in 2051 and disappeared off the face of the Earth after it xD

Not even a top three finish since!

Can you post the Premier League records? Go to the league table, click the History tab - top attendances, goalscorers, oldest player etc.?

Cheers :)

love how Gabby Agbonlahor is West Hams top scorer, but look at Blackburn highest transfer income 18000000 from Chelsea for Roque Santa Cruz, 21.6.09, is this fm11?

Nice one to spot that! Actually, it is the same in my game, so they have just mixed up two billionaire playgrounds (chelsea and Man City).. understandable mistake..

Is it just me or is the worlds best goalkeepers really lacking in the goalkeepingstats?

The "European goalkeeper of the year" has one goalkeepingattribute over 15, but makes up for it by being great mentaly and physical. The same can approx. be said for number two and three. Most of the national team goalkeepers have no more than 15 on reflexes, one on ones and handling. A few exeptions, like AC Milans Joe Smith exist, but on a whole the goalkeepers look really weak on their goalkeeping attributes. (but in some cases great anyway)
