Sign on fees!

I've always wondered what bank kitty do these come out of? Coentrao wants 9.5million sign on fee, after ive had to pay 30+million for him to begin with. This doesnt impact remaining transfer budget, so im just curious what or if anything it impacts and if i should just give in to these requests. Cheers

I think it comes straight out of your club's overall balance. But sheesh that's a lot of money for Coentrao, can you not negotiate that signing on fee down a bit? (not to mention the transfer fee!)
