I'm playing in the Russian PD, and I have a couple players whose first nationality isn't Russian, but they do have second or third nationalities as Russian but still are coming up as foreign. Is this right to be happening? I've played in the MLS most of the time and if a player has dual citizenship including American, they aren't considered internationals. Seo Posted November 24, 2010 Share Posted November 24, 2010 This is not a bug. Foreign players with Russian second nationality do not count as foreigners in season 2010, yet they do in season 2011.
