This is how it could work. 2 Yellow cards Straight Red Banned for to many Yellow Cards With the usual options of 1 wks wage 2 wks wage or warning. Having something like this would then give a clear indication to your players. I thought of this after one of my players had a hissy fit over a 1 weeks wages fine for 2 yellow cards in a game.
