Out of form coming to business end of season

I was flying high at the top of the league with Charlton, and just after getting through to the final of the JPT, I lose form and it is just 1 win in 8. We are now 5th in the table with barely any chance of automatic promotion.

I've changed tactics and lowered training load to help recovery etc, but is there anything else I need to do?

it maybe just that you havent rotated the players enough throughout the early part of the season so the players are now jaded. when im in league 1 i always put out back up players in the league cup and jpt as i just dont see them as important.
