And now the weather

Recommended Posts

Ok im managing the mighty Luton Town in the conference and my pitch is like something from the sunday league, its muddy in patches especially near the goal mouth and penalty area. So anyway my question is why does the ball not stick in the mud or at least slow down? you see it every so often on live games when the someone shoots at the goal and it just sticks in the mud, it doesnt happen in FM.....why? so does the weather actually make any difference to games like wind, rain, snow, sun? oh and another thing about the fans on fm, are they idiots? or do they like getting wet? especially the ones where there is no cover and they just stand there getting wet.....bring a brolly you fools........jk btw.

Funnily enough I wondered about this the other day. Playing on a muddy pitch in Ireleand, there was no discernable difference in the way the ball moved on the pitch. Tbh, I've never understood how the weather affects the game in FM.
