Idea to Improve Player Chat Interface

Having read how challenging players to improve their level of training was an effective way to get them to improve faster, I gave it a go. Out of the twenty or so conversations I had, about 15 of them went exactly the same.

My idea to make this a quicker and less tedious procedure is to be able to mass select the players I want to discuss a certain action. Then conclude each conversation through links in my message box. It would save much clicking.

Any other or better ideas to improve player chats?
