Determining the reputation of players?

Hello everyone,

In FM2010, players are classified into different categories of reputation: obscur, local, national, continental and global.

In genie scout 2010, there are 3 columns of reputation: reputation home, actual and worldwide. For example, Christiano Ronaldo, respectively 9750, 9500 and 9025.

I would like to know how the game determines (with the 3 columns) to which categories of reputation does the player belong? What are the mechanism?

I imagine there are scales of value: for example, I know that if the reputation at home is less than 350, then the player is obscure. But we must also consider the other column (actual and global).

If you have any info, I would be very interested. (Sorry for my poor English)
