Meteoric Rise - Teams Reputation

Sorry if this is in the wrong place but I've looked through forums and couldnt find anything. I'm currently Harrogate Town in league one. I've had 3 promotions in 4 seasons so my rise has been rapid. However I'm unable to attract players (I'm guessing due to my teams rep). For example when i look at listed players, only conference players and league 2 back up players are interested.

How long does it take for my reputation to adjust so I can compete in the transfer market with other league one teams. Is there anything I could help my club be more attractive.

Having top of the range training facilities makes a club more appealing to prospective players. Also, manager reputation is a factor.
