Where do I get the editor?

I fancy a go at editinga few leagues, but cant find the editor, Im on Steam (

C > program files > steam > steamapps > common > football manager 2011 > tools > editor, then copy and paste the icon in that folder to your desktop and double click to open in the editor. That was the path on Steam last year and should be the same this year, having said that I just tried it and I don't have a football manager 2011 folder where it should be this year, hope you manage to get yours ok.
