Fm 2011 11.1.1 steam

Hi all

I downloaded the game using Steam due to me living in Cyprus (€49.99, can't wait to move back home!). The first patch, 11.1.0 downloaded okay through Steam, but the latest patch has failed to download. Does anybody know how I can force Steam to download the latest patch. I've had a fiddle round, but can't find anything with in the Steam Client.

You can't. Are you sure it hasn't updated? What does your FM -> Game Status screen say?

When I go to start a new game it asks if I want to start with default or 11.1.0

These are the only two options I have. Steam has failed to automatically download the 11.1.1 patch like it is suppose to.

That's the database. 11.1.1 does not include a data update, so the 11.1.0 database is the newest. If you check the Game Status screen the Version field should read 11.1.1.

So just to clear up any confusion (on my part), the fixes from 11.1.1 have been updated by Steam, just that it is not shown at the start of the game and if I check the Game Status screen it should say 11.1.1?
