Transfer breaking down due to lack of funds suggestion

I just noticed something that is quite annoying...and I can't decide if it's realistic or not.

I am Celtic and trying to sell Samaras right at the beginning of my game. I offer him out to clubs and have a few offers come in for 3.8mil. I accept all three offers so he now has a choice of clubs to go to.

He eventually decides to go to At. Madrid, but there is a problem...they don't have enough funds to complete the transfer. So now I have to offer him out again (this time only getting offered 3mil for him).

I am thinking that when the deal with At. Madrid falls through...he would instantly be able to start re-negotiating with the other teams who already have bids accepted for him.

Any thoughts from anyone?

I think after a player has rejected the other clubs, the whole negotiation process would have to start again IRL anyway.

Yes it is a pain but I think it mimics real life.
