Coach contract

In old fms if you wanted to change a fitness coach to say a normal coach it would show you what there new wage demands would be considering that they would be taking on more work. Unless I am missing something I can't see anywhere that says this when trying to offer a coach a new contract as a coach instead of a fitness coach as it still shows their original demands.

This is annoying as I have to guess how much they would want without paying them too much. Does anyone know where it tells you?

It is more detailed now. Coaches specialise and don't want to change roles, and...a coach commands more respect ie it's more important and offering a coach a fitness coaches contract is like a de-motion! Although some fitness coaches just want to be a fitness coach and that's that.

Coach Order:

1. Assistant Manager

2. First Team Coach

3. Coach

4. Youth Coach

5. Fitness Coach

Coaches generally want to go up, not down the ladder, but some just like their job and do not wish to change.

I could understand not wanting to be demoted or lose wages but I dont get why a fitness coach would not want to become a coach then when im offering 5x the money. Why would you turn that down when your skills are obviously being wasted being just a fitness coach as well

Just personal preference I guess, but maybe SI could make coaches more persuasive if a very large contract was offered.
