Tactics

Ok so i have been browsing the other sections on the forum , tactics and training , good player/team guide and i see alot of people are using other peoples tactics , training schedules and buying people they know have the highest PA etc

So im wondering how many people do this , using other peoples tactics and signing players i know are going to be the best on the game in a few seasons , does this not make the game boring for people?

Surely the whole point of a football "manager" is to find players that will work in your team and tactic that you have created instead of looking on a forum and downloading a tactic

I use my scouts to find the best players of the future.

I use one of the preset tactics, and fill them in with players that fit the positions.

So in a way, I don't do either of them, yet I do both.

I make my own tactics, training schedules, etc. Perhaps a downloading training regime would be better than mine, but then it wouldn't reflect my managerial prowess, would it? And while I do sometimes read threads about good players, people use the spoiler bars to hide PA, so I think of it as reading a news article or pundits commentary in real life.
