where are the ball boys

Hey we could save alot time playing each game if you would implement the ball boys. sometimes 10 seconds pass by until the ball gets to the corner ... its making me mad.

Generally the ball is on the pitch when players are taking their time - ballboys don't tend to enter the field of play. It's all cosmetic anyway.

Is there a hotkey to change match speed, because I find it extremely annoying waiting for those snails to get ready for a set piece?

I have to laugh when I'm a goal down watching on full match speed and the AI has a throw in and all the player does is move his arms back and forth for 30 seconds!

What does my head in is when you have the game on key higlights. The key highlight is over when the shot goes out of play for a goal kick. Why do I then have to wait about 10 seconds for the ball to magically reappear on the 6 yard line for the match to exit the highlights and continue. Very very annoying.

I find sometimes the keeper will sit there and not collect the ball while practically standing next to it, forcing my player to walk from twice as far away to get it.

Forget ball boys, the ball should automatically appear in the correct place, ready for the set piece. Time can tick by on the clock, but we shouldn't have to watch the time it takes to get the ball set up.

I wonder why the ball design is the one used in Mexico '86.......?

It annoys me the most when the goalkeeper walks all the way out to the kicking spot but then goes all the way back to the goal line because he remembered he needs the ball to play on.

On the flip side, one of the new FM11 3D features is that the ball gets quickly 'thrown' back onto the pitch when hoofed behind one of the stands.

In those cases, the ball recovery is too quick. IRL you'd probably never see that ball again and have to get one from the dugout while a steward chased the thief down the road

I'd like to see ball boys in too.

Not major, but would be a nice little touch. Esp. when we wait for the ball coming back into play for ages.
