Stadium Upgrades

Not sure if this has already been answered or not, but I'm looking at a sort of 'continetal dominance' challenge but as well as taking titles, I'd like to leave XX club with the largest stadium possible along with facilities all top notch.

So a few questions,

- Is there a limit on the size of a stadium?

- Is it possible to get a 100k stadium on every continent / country? I.E Say I take a Welsh team and we're winning all titles all the time, would there ever be enough fans to warrant an upgrade? I can't imagine 150k fans attending week in week out at some Welsh club with a crazy name, even if they are champions of Europe.

- Would league rep tie into this in any way?

I would like the satisfaction of leaving a club with a max capacity stadium, but if it is possible, is it a realistic aim? If not, then what would be in terms of stadium size? I was thinking 100k+ ?

I would assume the maximum capacity for stadium expansion would depend on the size of the City the stadium is built in. I could be wrong though, just guess work.
