want to buy players but what attributes more important?

hi, my atticking tactics are to attempt a lot of thru balls.

as such need to buy players that can best manage this.

sooooo, what attributes are most important? i've got to choose players based on their passing, creativty, decisions and possibly technique. can someone point out to me which of these are most important for pulling off thru balls (and why - i always want to know why things are as they are!)
