That would only happen once - so a bit pointless. As for resigning - they tend to be spur of the moment things. I can;t say I've ever planned it. Just done it in a huff after a bad set of results, or if I've had enough of a particular club. Besides, can't imagine too many boards who would be happy with you planning a quitting date. It'll be another thing to help immerse yourself within the game, not huge, but then a lot of the good things about FM are only the small things.
