Quickest way to get players back from Injury?

One of my lads done his cruciate ligaments in a while back. He is now on the orange injury thing and is 3-6 weeks away from full fitness.

Will giving him 10 minutes at the end help him back quicker? Or shall I wait until he is fully un-injured?

It would be best to wait until he has fully recovered. With low fitness, the probability to get injured is higher.
