Sheffield Sunday Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 In FM10 the ass man used to say "For the fans!" alot, I've noticed this has become "You can win today" in FM11 for the majority of the time. Getting back ontopic. I let the ass man handle the pre-match team talk, and just tweak a couple of players. "Have faith" for youngsters or out of form players and "Expect a performance" for some of the more demanding players. I think the man management isn't really related to team talks as I've not seen much difference between a 3 and an 15 rated ass man. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

You never know with them TBH. That's why I alway do team-talks myself. But, I do like for my AM to have 20 for Man Managment, Motivation and Tactical Knowledge, so I could get couple of advices from him, but in the end I decide what to or not to do.
