BamBamBam
My forward has been playing sh*t and under performing in training. Also had very low morale. Told him to step up his training, which he agreed was pants. Then told him his last match performance was crap. He didn't like that, but i told him to take it, because i'm the manager. He said sorry. Next thing, his morale jumped from Very poor to Superb! And now he says he has a very good relationship with me! So, my advice is if you player has very low morale, have a go Fergie style. DirtyACE
The hair dryer method is not universal. It wont work with every player. Depends on their personality, level of determination. Though I do agree, this method is what I would use as well if my players were of a specific mould, determined, driven, professional, resolute, etc.
