Mackem_33
Anyone else having this problem? I have noticed in my game Manchester City will sign somebody for say £25 million then after one season offer him out for £
Gagsie
Auction style possibly? Start low and let the offers go up. I agree it seems fairly stupid especially when they actually sell for zero. Works in the lower leauges though
underwater sunlight
seems to happen when teams make loan to buy offers on a player, as the selling team accept the offer it automatically drops the asking price to £
Administrators Neil Brock Posted November 11, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 11, 2010 If they aren't going to register a player and nobody will give them money for them, they'll try and shift them off the books - save on the (especially with Man City) over-the-top wages. Chochip
It's more than just Man City's stupidity. I also see other clubs offering out players for £0. Tottenham somehow felt Bassong wasn't needed anymore and offered him for £0. But the more stupid thing is Valencia deciding to loan him with a future fee of £4.3. This surely is a bug. Administrators Neil Brock Posted November 11, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 11, 2010 Yeah sounds pretty stupid to me, if you have an example with a save please post in our Transfers and Contracts section on the 2011 Bugs Forum and we'll take a look. Thanks.
Bababui
Man City have bought quite a few players in the January transfer window and havent registered them. This seems like a bug to me. Would world class players sign with man City if they couldnt play for 8 months? http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t239/bababui_2007/00fmmancity.jpg

tigger_happy1876
yeah i've kinda worked it out - well i think i have - i used to be of the school who would transfer list a player for £0 to get the interest in them then offer them to clubs for their real value - now in 2011 if you do that the asking price is still £0 - bug!? no matter what you change it to it's stuck at £
