The Carnivorous Badger
Boavista (again). At the start of the season, I have a friendly with Real Madrid. Made me 110k, good deal I think. But why does Jose Mourinho criticise my style, trying to 'walk the ball into the net'? He is Real manager, why does he care about the Portuguese third league (Confusingly named the second division)? Manager interaction could do with a tweak in 11.2.
Carmi88
manager interaction and club legends warning about potential threats in every match is a pain in the bum
phnompenhandy
I'm not sure all managers do that. We are talking about the one and only Moaninho, after all. He feels threatened by you; take it as a compliment!
Johnjo
Just confuse him by saying somthing positive, become bfff's, buy some of reals rejects, then finaly take your revenge by criticizing him after you thrash him 5-0 in the champions league final
Dar2000
Or just ignore manager interaction, thats what I do
Pompey1978
The manager interaction does seem a tad, well, flawed. 2 examples: 1) Got beaten at home by Leicester 4-1. Sven Goran Eriksson, a man more famous for his philandering ways than his sense of humour, praises my defensive unit. Ha-ha Sven, you old Swedish wag. 2) Defeated Ipswich 3-0. Now, we all know Roy Keane's a grumpy soul, but for him to advise me that to get my team to score more goals, I should get them to start shooting from distance rather than trying to walk the ball into the net, seemed like a touch of sour grapes to me. I don't know, maybe SI have coded irony and sarcasm into the manager's responses - in which case, I applaud this. But something tells me this isn't the case... gazzamark
Yeah it is a bit annoying, but I still enjoy falling out with as many managers as possible by the 3 remarks in reply.
Spireheart
The 'walk the ball into the net' line is used WAY too much for my liking, at the moment on my game its after nearly every single match!
