Too high youth wages for smaller leagues

Hi

I've created the Faroese league and noticed that all youth players are getting a far far far far too high default wage (13-26.000 DKK) roughly £2.000 a year. Irl these players do not actually get paid, but on FM2010 I remember them getting alot less.. I believe it was around 2.500 DKK, which is fine.. wont break the clubs' finances. Anyone know how this can be fixed?

At first the players were getting around 55.000 a year, but after messing around in the editor its now a bit lower, but I cant seem to get it any lower.. cant even get it higher now.. I just want to know which buttons I need to push to lower the wages.. Is it even fixable at all?

For example I started a game in India for fun!

My most expensive player has value of 14K euros, and his wage is 1000 eur per YEAR!

But youth players, when they show up, by default have 2600 euros per Year, so it's unlogic.

At least we have to have option to release youth players without compensation!
