Legal and/or mnarketing questions

First of all, in case somebody wants to jump on the loyalty horse or something: I'm not considering getting a refund, I love the FM series and I'm blessed with a bit of patience.

to my questions. We see, unfortunately, again, that FM is riddled with bugs, some making the game less than playable. The russians are being denied their patch, on grounds of language and translation problems. So, I wonder - what would be grounds for a refund of a purchased copy of FM?

And the marketing bit - I only recently joined these forums, but my impression is that it takes a bit of time and effort to get an official reply - again, I understand that there is a LOT to do right now, but some sort of official "this is what we're doing roght now to fix all the small problems that destroys YOUR day"-thread would rock. (if there is such a thread, with all SI and SEGA answers and posts, I'll retract and shut up )¨
