Gray stars?

When you get a scout report on a player and their current ability is gray stars instead of gold, what does that mean?

player and related judge is "youth"

if Da_Funk's reply wasn't clear enough (as it wasn't for me, and I know what those stars mean..), the Silver (not grey) stars represent the players ability when he's a Youth player, I never bothered to check things out, but it's generally the case.

Gold is for seniors, Silver is for youth, obviously, gold is preferred to silver when choosing your lineup.

Yes silver stars relate to the player as a youth. The scout should still give you a gold star rating for his potential ability
