It is not just me as i see. Who else experience the team start to suck after January?

I read comment from some guy who was upset about his Bayern started to go into mode " this team can't win" after January. To me it hapend 2 times, once with Palermo and second time now with Leverkusen. I got ****ed cuz i wasn't scoring at all and players played really like crap. I changed my team talk and i swear you wouldn't believe. Games before: 0:1 Fenerbachce, 0:1 Freiburg, 0:0 Nurmberg, 2:0 Fenerbachce, 1:2 Wolfsburg. Very interesting. Looks like better teams geting somehow lazy after half of the season and good team talk does miracles.
