davehanson
Definatley. Just re-install steam on your new laptop and it will be in your purchased games and then you can download it agin.
low42
Once you purchase it on Steam it will always be available on Steam. You will never have to purchase the same game twice.

GillsMan
Yeah, what the others said. I've got quite a big Steam library for my PC, and I've recently installed a few of the games on my laptop for when I'm on the train and in need of a quick fix of FM, Plants v Zombies or Portal. So you can even have it on multiple computers at the same time (though obviously you can only be logged in to one at a time).
