Munro1688
Was just wondering peoples opinions on the best training to give a young prospect. I give them a medium training schedule and about 15-20 games when around age 16-17 then maybe send them out on loan for a couple seasons with a top league team with the aim of them then becoming a good player. Sometimes pays off sometimes doesn't. Has anyone found giving them a more intense training schedule improves their stats at a young age or can this ruin their chances by pushing them too hard? Kickballz
If it is anything like the previous versions then training won't matter much - just play him as much as you can (no loan) and he will improve very fast that way.
