herecomethefuzz Posted November 8, 2010 Share Posted November 8, 2010 I'm playing as Newcastle and am trying to sign Vaclav Kadlec. After a few offers, they responded with a counter offer. I asked the board to negotiate this, first they declined, but when I pressed they said they would try and sign him. My transfer budget went from 1.5 to 0. 2 in game weeks later and I have heard nothing from the board or Kadlec. Can anyone explain whats going on?
