Injury bug and training levels

I'm having serious problems with injuries since switching to the latest patch - I know this has been a bug before (FM2008 before first patch if I remember rightly), but then I was able to workaround it by reducing training workloads across the board for all players by a couple of notches and the problem subsided, however in 2011 there appears no simple way of doing this, does anyone know how to? Or failing that know another workaround?

Never mind, found the slider, was hidden for some reason on my laptop's monitor with no scroll bars down to access it so off to register this problem on the appropriate forum.
