Fitness issues?

Just a bump, is anyone else experiencing this? If not I must be doing something wrong!

im getting this problem quite a lot with the older players in my team which i wouldnt expect to be able to play two games in a week. i am also getting it with the younger players to a certain extent...for example. giggs and scholes cant play two games in a week because i'll play my weekend game and come wednesday for champs league they are 70% fit. on the other hand players like nani get to the wednesday and are 85% fit...i tend to give the players a rest after every game now and this seems to be working in my favour particularly for the younger players.

So the way forward is resting players after the game if you have 2 games a week.

Won't that effect the training?

its not really affected mine in the past or on this one....make sure that you have your match preparation dropped down a bit in intensity if they have achieved full bars in all areas as well
