AI squad selection in national cups

In this topic, it has been noted AI Premiership managers selecting weak teams for both Carling and FA Cups

Now, after further looking, I'm seeing the same happening with other nations too, where the teams of the team league aren't playing first team players for national cups

So far, this is mostly true for Spain, Germany and Italy (though, in Italy their reserves/u18 still beat the competition, so not a major issue yet)

Not so sure about France, but it looks like it's not effected as badly at first glance

I will post this into the bugs section later, but firstly wanted to see if anybody else is noticing this as well

I realize some will say about teams playing weaker squads against weaker opposition, but these days (especially those teams not expected to challenge for a league title), they will still play a squad with the ability to win

Also, remember, the previous 2 Carling Cups have been won by Man Utd, so the top teams still do try to win it ultimately
