S.G.
Massively . Even with my assistant doing them?
Administrators Neil Brock Posted November 5, 2010 Administrators Share Posted November 5, 2010 Personally I don't always use opp instructions - you can always ask the assistant or just wing it. Press Conferences - well that depends how good your assistant is at answering for you!
robertcornell68
Even with my assistant doing them? Your ass man is an idiot.
NepentheZ
Even with my assistant doing them? Yeah. Don't trust him. Do them yourself, learn how they affect your performances, and then use them to your benefit.!
englandmanager
you wouldn't cut it as a real manager
blueowl
I have taken the bottom teams in England to become the best team in the world about quite a few times in the last few years, Never touching the opposition instructions so I think it's safe to say they dont make that much difference. As for press confernce well , I think moral is quite important TBH so I have always done them, Even tho it's the only thing I'v been trying to get changed in FM for years I hate them that much. m_fenton
Haven't used the opposition instructions before, doesn't seem to have done much harm!
Donners
Hah, I'm with you. I almost never bother with instructions, press conferences, tactics, training and the like. It used to be really easy to get away with it, but it's a little more detrimental now as far as I can tell.
SmurfDude
You can go to team settings and get your ass. man to set opp instructions automatically before each game
Ellis_D
I am another who has never bothered with Opposition Instructions, and it hasn't ever stopped me from being successful.
Nicoacademia
I only make sure their central mids are marked out for oppo instructions on top of what the assman says. sometimes against top teams ill just put all mark out. As for press conferences, only if i feel necessary(milestones etc) but otherwise i'll let the assman do it. and of course take note of what he says. from the start if i agree generally with what he is saying then i'll let him continue.
