Installing on PC laptop and Mac

Hello , I have just bought the disk version of FM 2011 and looking forward to playing it, I have a pc laptop at present however I am buying a Apple Mac in a few weeks time. Is it ok for me to install on both computers?

I normally download manually not via Steam as i had problems with that a couple of years ago.
