SuperRedditch
Brazil has a mental league structure. Basically you have different leagues throughout the year, national and state championships. It's confusing, but a completely different experience to England.

Chac
Mexico is great place to coach: Good Yth Facilities, very competitive structure and possibility to even play Libertadores Cup.
Thepathtoamen
I really enjoyed New zealand last year, but you need the league to be uploaded which doesn;t really help here. I also loved the MLS, but you have got that. On FM08 and 09 I really enjoyed Ukraine, some good players over there.
JWB935
Loved the Uruguayian leagues last season. Stopped in my 5th season as Penarol and was really hoping to win the copa Libertadores. Had some great regens and built up a massive £10 million balance! The only reason I havent uninstalled FM10 is because of that save. Just cant bare to do it lol. I think checking how each league works and what team jumps out at you is best. As you can tell from the comments above you can have some great games in really obscure countries!
