LeedsUnitedFan2 Posted May 2, 2006 Share Posted May 2, 2006 to add to my previous post, it could be awarded for bringing through Youth players (Average age of players used in a season less than 21?) - you would then be invited to manage a local team formed by a Youth Club that has joined the Conf (or lowest division in the country you're in) - you would be able to name the club and the initial squad would be 16-17 year old regens.
