Regens

I'd be grateful if anyone could quickly answer this question for me while I wait for Steam to finish updating.

What I'd like to know is - What impact, if any, does putting leagues on View Only have on Newgens?

Ideally I want my Newgens to come from as varied a selection of countries as possible to keep a long term game interesting, although my PCs speed estimation drops to 3 stars when the number of full leagues I run is in the mid teens.

This is quite a frequently asked question, and in the end, you'll probably enjoy it no matter how you do it. On FM10, I hadn't seen that thread so didn't know, and just kept my usual leagues.

I linked you to that thread so you could specifically read the post by Amaroq.

Basically, view only doesn't really guarantee regens from that area as much as having it playable but on low detail. But read that, Amaroq knows more than me
