'Steam servers are too busy to handle anymore pre-load requests' - HELP?!?

Ive searched the forums and no-one else seems to be getting this message, but Ive been getting it few 5-6 hours!!

Anyone know anything I can do??

I did manage to get 45% when I first tryed but then it failed.
I have a hunch that the downloaded files could have somehow been corrupted, so does anyone know how I can delete them files, without erasing my purchase information?? (worried I'll have to buy it again..)

You'll never need to buy again. Just keep trying, once fully downloaded see if it's working properly or not. :)

Check your settings to ensure you have a UK download location.

My laptop and desktop have both just preloaded at 1.2Mbps each!! There doesn't seem to be a problem here.
