TJJESSE
By the way this has nothing to do with FM but i have a problem with my computer. Whenever i start it up a message always comes on saying "SmpSystray" "Cannot open file "C:Program Files/Packard Bell/SetUpMyPc/PIC/CloseOff.bmp". The system cannot find the path specified. I really dont know what this means Someone please help me?.
Ishu
smpsystray is trying to open Closeoff.bmp which isn't there. Its a virus I think. Removing smpsystray from startup or deleting it (search for it) will fix this.

Ishu
there is no folder with that name there Not the folder, the smpsys... file. PS wait for some more responses as I'm not sure. It might be something useful.
Kriss
It's more likely to be a residual part of a partially removed virus and the fix is to delete the entry in the registry. A good registry cleaner/repair application should resolve it.
Clavin99
If you download cCleaner and use the registry cleaner and go into startup in cCleaner and delete the Smpsystray entry. Should stop Windows popping up the message!
