I will prom mostly do the team talks by myself but would like help with backroom advice, opposition instructions and reccomendations on signing players. SCIAG Posted November 2, 2010 Share Posted November 2, 2010 If you will do team talks and motivational stuff on your own, then the most important attribute is judging player potential, as this is the only indicator you have of how good your players will be in the future.
