BoundedCascade
I dont really know about Steam as this is the first time I have downloaded it so that I could play the demo. Does it take up bandwidth as I play the demo? I am on a very bandwidth allocation, at about 10 giggs so I cant really do much online unfortunately. So I was wondering if anyone knew whether or not playing games off steam take up bandwidth.
themoffster
you can set steam to offline mode - doing this will cause it to use zero bandwidth. steam -> go offline
Indi75
tbf Steam uses less than your antivirus updates or messenger clients. So minimal it would likely never hit more than 100MB in the month. Set updates to manual to be on the safe side, although presumably FM11 patches will factor in your priorities for that 10GB. Failing that - less stingy ISP.
